HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

* The first thing you should know is that, by law, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to ask us to return it.

STEPS TO FOLLOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

1. Pack and protect the item as you received it. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with the tags and original packaging.

2. Send us your return through the transport agency of your choice in a certified manner (with tracking number) to the following address:

It is very important that the package you send us back has a tracking number . In case of loss of it in transit to our facilities, it is necessary to make any claim.

3. You must send us an email to hola@capitansiroco.com indicating the word "Return" in the subject followed by your order number.

Example: Return NRJZGXQCN

In this email you have to indicate which transport agency you have used for the shipment and the tracking number of the same.

4 . Upon receiving your return, we will check that the product or products that you return to us are or are in perfect condition. After this, we will make the corresponding refund through the same payment method with which you placed your order.

CAN I MAKE A SIZE OR PRODUCT CHANGE?

To make a size or product change, you must first return the purchased item (as explained in the previous point) and then place a new order with the new size or item.

WHO RISES WITH THE COSTS OF THE RETURN?

The costs of the return will be borne by the customer .

Exceptions apply when the product is defective or there has been a shipping error (a different item is sent to the order). If these exceptions occur, the cost of the return will be borne by Capitán Siroco.
